Yes- our property managers are licensed real estate agents in the State of Washington.

Can I reach you after hours?
Yes- we ask that tenants and owners email us. All staff receive emails after hours.

Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes- we offer direct deposit of rent proceeds right into your account!

Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
While it’s not necessary for owners to sign the lease, you can request a copy and one will be sent to you.

Do you sell real estate too?
No- We refer all real estate sales to outside agents. If we received the rental from a real estate company, we then refer it back to the original agent when it comes time to sell.

How and when do I get my checks?
We send payments by the 15th of the month, assuming rent was received on time.

How is rent collection handled?
Tenants can either pay online, mail their payment, or drop it off. If rent is not paid, we immediately start the collection process.

How long of a lease do you sign?
Our standard lease is a one year term. We can do longer leases in certain situations.

How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Generally, we charge the equivalent of one months rent.

What type of properties do you manage?
All kinds from single family, to multi family, to commercial.

What type of reports do I get and how often?
Owners receive an owner statement once a month, as well as year end reports. However, our extensive library of reports is completely customizable to your needs.

Who holds the tenant security deposit?
We are required to hold all security deposits in a separate trust account.
