Can you hold a place before I apply?
In some cases, yes. We ask for a deposit and rent up front in order to do this.

Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
No- just first months rent and security and/or pet deposit.

Is the deposit refundable?
As long as the property is retuned the same, or better than it was rented, professionals have cleaned the carpets, and any lien able utilities are paid, then generally yes.

How do I pay rent?
Tenants can either pay online, mail their payment, or drop it off.

I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Contact us and we’ll attempt to get approval from the owner. Once we have approval, we’ll draw up and addendum to your lease and collect your pet deposit.

I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
Call us so that we can coordinate a new lease. Note: Because a signed lease is a legally binding contract, all parties involved have to agree.

My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Notify us in writing at least twenty days before the beginning of a new rental period. For example, Notice would need to be received on the 10th, in order to vacate by the 30th.

Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
If they are caused by the tenant, then the tenant is responsible. Otherwise, the owner generally is.
